Introducing beach training that both prevents injury and gives you a better workout. Suitable for all everyone, even for people who have not exercised for some time! This type of exercise is great to find your way back into healthy living - or to up the ant on your current level.

Bodyweight training, Resistance training, Functional movement and Injury prevention training by Ingrid, certified Athletics Australia coach and international athlete.

 

Timetable. 

7am Tuesday, 7am Thursday, 10am Friday, 8am Saturday.

Location: Anglesea front beach near the boat ramp.
