Introducing beach training that both prevents injury and gives you a better workout. Suitable for all everyone, even for people who have not exercised for some time! This type of exercise is great to find your way back into healthy living - or lift up your current level.
Bodyweight training, Resistance training, Functional movement and Injury prevention training by Ingrid, certified Athletics Australia coach and international athlete.

Saturday 8:30am (With Sauna at Point Roadknight)
Location: Anglesea front beach near the boat ramp. In case of heavy rain meet up at the Grass patch under the Anglesea SLSC.
